Just … shutup.
I know, I know, I was totally full already! Six kittens is FULL!
But my next door neighbor, whom I adore, called from work and one of her employees, or her employee’s daughter, or the former babysitter of her kids (not sure, but I think it’s the latter two, and they are the same person) had this dropped off on her front doorstep:
What’s actually REALLY astonishing is that that’s never happened to ME! I get phone calls, but I guess no one knows where I live who would abandon kittens on my front porch!
This poor little guy had one eye gummed shut, so I cleaned it off, and medicated it.
This guy is just winking.
Pampi is ready to roll! New box, new kittens, let’s get going!
David had dibs on naming the next batch. Aidon actually picked two REALLY lovely names, when David reminded me of my promise, so we took BACK his great names (we’ll save them for later) and here we have the VERY passed out Catbert:
I thought maybe he should have been Comabert, he was SO passed out!
No, really!
And the ever-improving eyes of Cowbert:
Getting better all the time!
Cowbert was a tough latch all day, but finally my patience paid off and he took a good meal all on his own! That was before he tried to eat me!
Everyone else is doing great – updates on them soon, I promise! How can I refuse this lot their fan base?
Thanks for taking these two scraps of furball in. Just think, it’s only about 19 days before you can integrate them into the kitten pile!
:o)
i love hearing the updates on the kittenlets
it always makes my day!
hugs!
Thank you for taking the kittens! I couldn’t have nutured them like they needed…. and yes I’m your neighbor’s employee’s daughter who used to babysit your neighbor’s kids. (all of the above.)
Oh you’re so very welcome! I hope you’re keeping up on how they’re doing – they’re AWFULLY cute now
