I went to visit Joule, as I have every day since she’s been at Petsmart, and Aidon came with me today. She loves me, but she REALLY LOVES Aidon!
So let’s talk about Joule … maybe you, or someone you know, wants this very special little girl to join their family.
Joule came to us with “The Dipsticks” – a litter of kittens who were all white, plus some other color – and each of them had tails that had been dipped in their non-white color. Thus, dipsticks. Joule is front and center.
The Dipsticks have been pretty lovey dovey from the very beginning. Not much has changed, really. Well, they’re a bit heavier!
She was quite excited about the tiny kittens we had, as well. Partly because she likes to cuddle with other kitties, but partly because, “yay, box!”
She’s the kind of kitty that will find a good curl up place anywhere. Even in the weighing bowl that everyone else tries to escape from.
And like all kitties, she likes a good nap, even if she kind of tried to fight it as a toddler kitten. “I’m not sleepy, I’m not! I don’t NEED to lie down!”
She thinks she’s a better typist than she actually is, but that doesn’t stop her from trying!
Did I mention she’s a TOTAL SNUGGLE BUG?! She’s a TOTAL snuggle bug!
Humans, kitties, whatever. She loved to snuggle with little Jett.
As you probably know, we took her to Petsmart as part of a rescue program’s way of exposing her to potential forever homes for adoption. I visit her daily, and let her out of the cage to snuggle and play. And, um, to be naughty. She is up where she’s not supposed to be, thinking about dropping that purple mousey on someone’s head!
Aidon was away for a week in England, and when he came back we stopped by to see Joule on the way home from the airport. She was SO HAPPY to see him!
When we visit her, she is often sleeping in the cage, but the second she hears our voices through the glass, she gets SO happy to see us. You can see a bit of her charming personality here (and also why we’re desperate to have her find a forever home, and get out of Petsmart!)
Cutie-pie upside down head!
Aidon can’t always come visit, but when he does, she cuddles up with him like the baby she is.
Joule plays at Petsmart when we let her out. She can be kind of frisky!
How can you resist that cutie-face? C’mon, you know you want to adopt her, right?
This was Joule, today, loving on Aidon with her happy paws.
So, really, hopefully you, or someone you know can please take us all out of our misery and give her a great forever home. She is sweet, and lovey, and cuddly, and grew up with lots of other kitties and would easily grow accustom to new kitties before too long. And she will peep at you and give you soulful looks and amuse you to no end when she’s playing.
